Status you can trust
pending → dispatched → sent → delivered. Every step is logged, and a phone that never reports back is marked failed rather than lost.

Each step’s delay counts from when the previous message was sent to that person. Add an end date and nothing is ever sent after it.

OTP login & SMS 2FA
Let customers log in with a texted code, or require one after the password for admins. Rate-limited, hashed, single-use, never reveals whether a number has an account.
Multi-phone failover
Pool phones for throughput. Offline or at their daily limit? Queued messages move to another phone automatically, and a failed send is retried once on a different phone.
Instant delivery
Free Firebase push wakes the phone the moment a message is queued. Polling stays on as a safety net. Setup is a five-minute paste-two-files job.
Alerts
Email or SMS when a phone goes offline, its battery drops to 5%, all phones are down, a daily limit is hit or messages get stuck — plus a “fixed” notice.
Stats & logs
Per-phone delivery rates, average delivery time, battery, app version and daily charts. Message, activity, webhook and OTP logs.
AI connection (MCP)
Ask Claude Code or Codex “how did last week’s campaign do?” or “text Sam his order shipped”. Read-only keys available.
Twilio fallback
Choose phones only, phones with Twilio as the last resort, or Twilio only. If every phone goes offline, queued and new messages go out through your Twilio account instead — with delivery reports, replies and STOP handling still working.
Sending hours & limits
Send campaigns only inside your sending hours, cap each phone’s daily volume and space messages out so carriers never see a burst.
No per-message fees
Texts leave through your own SIM plans — many include unlimited texts — so there is no credit system and no per-message mark-up. Twilio is optional, only when you want it.
One phone, many websites
Pair the same phone to up to 25 WordPress sites at once. Each site gets its own device key and limits, messages are spaced out across all of them, and replies go back to the site that texted that number.
Consent & opt-outs built in
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and friends are handled automatically, consent source and time are recorded, and opted-out numbers can never be messaged by a campaign.
