What is the money-back guarantee?
If SwarmSMS isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your first purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
What happens after the first year?
After your first year everything keeps working — SwarmSMS and the Android app carry on sending and receiving with every feature in your plan. You simply stop receiving updates and support unless you renew. Renew any time to get updates and support again. Your subscription renews automatically each year and you can cancel any time from your account. Activating the plugin on a new site needs an active subscription.
Does a “site” mean a client website?
Yes. Each WordPress installation where you activate the license counts as one site. Pro covers five and Agency covers 25 — ideal for an agency running SMS for several clients. You can deactivate a site and move the activation to another.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll credit what you’ve paid for the current term toward Pro or Agency.
When do I need the Agency plan?
When you want one phone paired to up to 25 websites at once — for example a spare phone serving three small client sites — or you manage more than five sites. Each site involved needs an Agency licence for the phone to be shared. Pro already gives you unlimited phones per site; Agency adds the shared phone, 25 sites, instant Firebase push, the AI (MCP) connection, WooCommerce coupons and the white-label app.
Are there message or credit fees?
No. Messages go through your own SIM plans, so you pay whatever your carrier charges (many plans include unlimited texts). We never touch your messages.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal checkout, including cards where PayPal supports them in your country.
