If SwarmSMS isn’t right for you, send us a message through the contact form within 7 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund you in full. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve the product, but you don’t have to justify your decision.

Renewals

You can cancel any time before your renewal date from your account to avoid being charged. If you are charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and, if you haven’t used the renewed term, we’ll refund it.

Upgrades

If you upgrade from Basic to Pro, contact us and we will credit what you have paid for the current term toward Pro.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) and usually appear within a few business days.
• Refunding a purchase ends the license; the plugin returns to the after-trial limits (10 messages a day) and your data remains in your site.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where a license has been abused (for example shared publicly, used beyond the permitted number of sites, or used to send unlawful messages in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy).

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
